E1: Hugh Weber and The Gospel of Connection

In this episode, we introduce you to the story of Hugh Weber.
Hugh is the founder of both OTA and the Institute of Possibility, the host of two podcasts, The Potluck Society and Leading Good, and a national board member of AIGA.
In this very personal conversation, Hugh shares the story of how he had become one of the most connected politicos in Washington D.C. only to realize that he was very socially disconnected. When he returned home, he found that while his resume was well-respected, his commitment to the region was suspect. Thus, began a quest to create a community which helped connect and celebrate the creatives in the OTA region.
